Believe it or not, fitness journey began with many struggles. I have been at both ends of the unhealthy spectrum from eating terribly and not caring to falling victim to diet culture and dealing with cheerleading coaches that destroyed my self image leading me with severe body image issues.
Turning everything around was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to overcome. But that taught me how to care for my body, honor it with food and exercise, build healthy habits, and create a lifestyle i love waking up to. Now, as a NASM- certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help hundreds worldwide achieve real results in a sustainable way.
